My wife has a 2003 Honda Odyssey Mommyvan. It came with a factory CD Player / Tape Deck, and below it is a separate single-DIN DVD player. It also has a flip-down video screen in the ceiling - all factory.
As it is dated, it does not have any i-Pod provisions, so I installed a Pioneer AVH-P3400BH in it today. I used a Metra adapter harness and simply plugged it into the facory harness; it works great.
To take the setup to the next level, I would like to know if there is an adapter that will allow the video output of the Pioneer unit to feed the factory DVD screen without replacing the monitor back there...do any of you pro installers know? The back of the Pioneer has a yellow composite rca plug to feed the screen.
Thanks!
