Well I have been dealing with an order problem with these guys. Long story short, when ordering I was told they had it and would be shipped the next day which meant I would get it today before the weekend. Needed it for an install. Well shipping confirmation came via email and read coming from Kentucky. Called to verify and once again was told via California. Then I check tracking and it read check in at Kentucky. Called and was told that not all the product was in Cali so it went to Kentucky. Called this morning and could only get apologies and they don't know why it went to Kentucky. Well after complaining and I just got fed up and hung up they went and previewed the phone calls. I was promised it from Cali warehouse. So they said they are going to refund my money and re-route the shipment. That's all good but I won't get my money til about 2-4 business days. I damanded my card be credited today so i could have it back in my bank by tomorrow. I know it's possible because I take credit cards too. Well to no avail nothing is going to make up for this! Horrible service and just put me in a bad spot. I had a bad experience with them before too. Had to do with accepting credit cards. I decided to go with them and now regret it. Oh I forgot to mention that the last person I talked to said they had all the product here in Cali. So which is it? Which story?
