How do I keep 14 volts while not running

Sorry in advance Im far from experienced on this.

I have a big system on my boat. When boat is running Im getting 12V+ reading on my system output to amps. I run the system all day while the boat is not running. As the day draws down the voltage drops after many hours it will fall below 10 as the batteries drain. It pumps very loud and clear for a very long time. After many hours and reduced volts it finally starts to distort when voltage readings get into the 9's. Running the engine for a while fixes all.

Q: How can I keep volts above 12v Or possiblly even more like 14 volts while the engine is off.

I have a big alternator (I guess this does no good as the time I need the volts the engine is off) Super thick Positive & Neg wires and a very close gound to the engine. 2 very large size ( about the size of 1 1/2 normal batteries class 29 maybe??) boat deep cycle batteries

I have seen products (stinger antidote, Jacobs accuvolt, harrison flux capicator, US Amps optimizer) that were talked about years ago to stabilize the volts. They sound like what I think I need but I dont see talk of them much in the last few years. Are one of them my solution or do I need different batteries.

If anyone knows please
