Condition of all items:
Used, but in good condition. I had it installed in my Mini Cooper and had to cut about 3/16'' off of a small section of the mounting flange. This did not affect sealing or the structural integrity of the subwoofer at all. I did not cut the rubber gasket, so with that installed, the modification is not seen. Great sub played on 250 watts for the 6 months or so I had it installed.
Sounded GREAT in 1.5 ft3 sealed
