New Guy - Need amp and sub advice

Hello everyone! I have been lurking for quite some time trying to soak up the knowledge. I have however come to a question I haven't really seen answered. Or maybe I missed it and that more then likely is the case.

Anyway, I have a Ford Excursion I am setting up and would like to keep everything very unseen for the most part. So far I have a Pioneer AVH-P4400BH for the head unit, 6 Pioneer TS-D6802R 6x8s with a JL Audio XD400/4 to power them. Where I'm stuck is my subs and amp. Like everyone else I want the most bang for my buck, but I am very space needy also. I want to be able to slide what I have out of the way and still be able to utilize almost all my space for my family. BUT, I want it to be bangin when I feel like it also. I was leaning towards 3 Alpine SWR-10D4 in a tall and thin as possible box. If you know the vehicle, the third row seat is about 30" high from the floor so I could achieve my volume by putting the subs real low and have a wedge style box to form against the back of the seat. And for an amp, I have a line on a nice JL Audio 1000/1v2 for cheap.

Am I on the right track or would someone have some better ideas that are realistic??? I'm open to just about anything that makes sense. And if I have to spend a few extra bucks to not be disappointed then so be it. Thanks in advance to those that are helpful.
