Stock radio output level

Hello folks. I am wondering what I can do to test the outputs on my stock radio to see if they are high level or low level. The radio has 4chan output (F-L/R, R-L/R). The stock amplifier in the rear of the car accepts the inputs via 2 wiring harnesses side by side. Ins and outs are on both harnesses for some reason, car has 4 door speakers, 2 dash tweets, 1 4" mono center channel, and a stock sub in the hatch. Anyways, I need to know of a method of checking the radio's signal outputs to the stock amplifier before I buy any more equipment for my build (I have an Epicenter Plus and my DD M3a right now, waiting for deals and more knowledge before I proceed). Can I use a voltage meter to find out if they are high level or low level. I hope this doesn't seem like a dumb question but I'm having trouble finding a solution to this. The car is a 2011 KIA soul with the upgraded sound system. Reason I need to know is it is going to affect what I buy in terms of a processor, MS-8 or DQXS (I love audiocontrol products and want to stick with them if I can without going broke in the process for everything), or if anybody has any other suggestions, throw em at me!

I honestly don't care I lose the ability to fade F/R in the car (if I use the epicenter as my L/O/C to feed a signal into a processor if stock radio outputs are high level. Rarely have back seat passengers besides my 3yr old daughter, 10mo son.
