help! ripping with eac

is it possible to put songs from your hard drive onto cd using EAC?

1. I want the ABSOLUTE BEST SOUND QUALITY possible.
2. I want tracks from multiple CDs on one cd.
3. I currently use wav.

I used iTunes but there was an unacceptable loss of quality or data.
