Which 5 1/4" components?

I have a max top-mount depth of 2.5" and budget of $250 max, but would like to stay around $200.

Also, I have a 50x4rms amp ( http://www.crutchfield.com/S-XyDaJTr...ml#details-tab ) that I plan on bridging so they'll be getting around 120rms.

I enjoy "warm" tweeters and am not looking for anything known to be too bright or harsh.
