Need 10" sub sugestions

Requirements:

Less than 5" mounting depth
Works well in .5cf sealed
Can be Single 4ohm, Dual 4 ohm, or single 2 ohm.
300-400w rms
Cost not much over $100.00 (entry to mid level product)

Will be down firing with about 1.5-2" clearance to floor.
