This site needs a blind listening test of source units and then the best units the same test run through different DSP's. This will tell once and for all if there is a difference in SQ source and if different DSP's will degrade this SQ. The head units with built in DSP should be tested in basic mode then with DSP on to see if there is a difference. I have a Clarion DRX-9255 I can send out with return shipping if someone can round up some impartial judges and have a good place to do this. Pa. area comes to mind with Mic, Howard and Zenner or Ok. with Mark E, Todd L or Ca.
