Which route to choose for mid/tweeter power

Switching mids/tweets out soon to exodus anarchy mids and scan speak d3004 tweeters. Pretty much made my mind up on this setup but it may change.
Here's my issue. The Scans are 4 ohm which is easy to match up power wise wtih any amp. The anarchys are 8 ohm which makes it a bit harder to find good power.

I currently have a memphis big belle which can be bridged for 230x2 at 4 ohm or 75x4 at 4 ohm. Also have a crossfire vr804. Its 100.4 at 4 ohm and 400x2 at 2 ohm (12.5v rated).

My question is should i run the memphis bridged to the anarchys for roughly 115 per mid at 8 ohm and run the scans off the crossfire at 100 per tweeter at 4 ohm and adjust gain lower as needed on the crossfire?

Or run the anarchys off the crossfire bridged and get roughly 200x2 at 8 ohm and run the scan tweeters at 4 ohm for 75 watts off the memphis

Or run the memphis bridged to the anarchys and find another small 2 channel amp for the scan tweeters and sell the crossfire?

Bascially is either 100 watts at 4 ohm for the scan speaks or 200 watts at 8 ohm for the anarchys too much for either? taht seems to be the easier/better way to go but I dont want to risk blowing the anarchys and everyone seems to say that 100 watts is way overkill for a tweeter so....
