WINISD very optimistic for Pioneer 10"

I bought a box for my pickup truck, internal net volume is .9 cu ft. The box has a port 2x3" 14.3 inches long. I am running one Pioneer IB flat shallow sub in it. This results in a 33hz tuning for the combo. The pioneer has 5.5mm xmax. The setup sounds good, but with the low prices on subs nowadays, I can't help but expirement.

My question is that I modeled a Phoenix Gold RSD10D and it had very low output on the winisd program compared to the Pioneer. Matter of fact, most any other subwoofer that I model against the Pioneer falls short in every area.

The pioneer has some crazy Theile-Small numbers listed with it, seemingly beyond what a "normal" sub would have. Qts is .93, Qms is 13.21, Qes 1.00, Fs 41hz, and VAS is only 0.363 cu ft.

By comparison, the PG has more "seemingly normal" parameters, Qts is .48, Qms is 4.8, Qes is .53, VAS is 1.295 cu ft. 13.5mm xmax.

Winisd upon initial modeling wants the Pioneer in a 5.670 cu ft box tuned to 17hz.

Any ideas on why the Pioneer would model extremely well? I checked all of the inputs several times and made sure they were in the correct measurement units. Do I have the magic woofer?
