Think I got ripped off. Need opinion!

So I did a trade right before the holidays. Without naming any names or specific transactions I sent my stuff to the "buyer" (via Fed Ex with tracking number and insured) and the buyer was supposed to send me his item. Buyer tells me his item was inadvertantly sent to me via bulk rate USPS so I have no tracking number or gaurantee that I'll get a working item. Buyer has recieved my items (wich in addition to cost of the items, cost me $50 to ship)

Over 12 business days (excluding US holidays) have passed since the item was "sent" and I have nothing. I've been having to prod the buyer for updates which he doesn't follow up on and now it has been 5 days since the last time he communicated with me :mean: Looks like he hasn't been on DIYMA in 4. I've sent him multiple emails via the board and multiple PM's. He had no trouble communicatiing with me to arrange the trade

He has a few good itrade ratings so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt, but at what point do I post "bad" trade feedback on his reviews and generally let everone know who I think just ripped me off and seek further action?

I'm getting kind of pissed because I make it a priority to make sure I follow up with my deals and held up my end of the bargain. I'd like to make this right without having to drag anyone's name in the mud...
