Polk Audio speakers with Boss amp?

Hi guys,

I'm looking for two 6x9s for the back and two 5.25" for the front. The speakers I'm looking at for the front are rated at 45watts x 4ohm and the 6x9s are 125watts x 4ohm. I'd like to use just one amplifier to power all four speakers. I'm thinking this Boss R1200 amp should work. I'm wondering if I can set the power output for the speakers individually because this amp puts out 125 watts per channel. Can this amp control the wattage that goes into each channel?
