Called about my KS1000.1 today, It was sending unregulated voltage to my 2)IDQd4V3's. I had them wired at a 4 ohm load at about 825 watts according to Arc Audio. Nice and easy on my charging system. Apparently the the KS1000 had an issue with the 4 ohm impedance circuitry switching and sent DC voltage to the drivers. Now they have and upgrade so that won't happen again. After I had to repair two drivers, pay for shipping and wait on my repair. In my business they have recalls for this, not $150 repair fee plus my shipping costs and $200 in speaker repair. :mean:
