Can I use a Zoom H4N for RTA duties?

I have a Zoom h4n laying around that I can use as an audio interface and connect directly to my computer.

This is the unit in question. (H4n Handy Recorder)

Can I use this for my RTA rig? Or should I get a dedicate mic/amp (Behringer ECM8000/MXL MicMatec).
